Yes, donations to organizations like Friends of Richards which is a 501(c)(3) organization, is tax-deductible.

Donations go into our general fund. Although we do not know what issues or challenges are upcoming, the monies we have will help cover any costs associated with a particular issue. Donations will help go towards defending a cause, or subsidizing a project such as boat inspections for Milfoil, etc.
